From custom boxed lunches to delicious desserts that can be made gluten-free, we create food that uses the highest quality ingredients at affordable prices (organic and green products are used whenever possible).
We employ expert Culinary Coaches who foster the talents and abilities of our Kitchen Crew by offering job support and training to create superb cuisine with every order. As a fully accredited commercial kitchen, our staff and participants are ServSafe® certified. ServSafe® is a nationally recognized food handler program where participants learn basic food safety practices for handling and preparing food, including cross-contamination prevention, good personal hygiene and appropriate food sanitation practices.
Huckleberry Kitchen is owned and operated by Futures Explored, Inc. Our kitchen functions as a vocational program where participants learn menu planning, meal preparation, food presentation, and health and nutrition. Founded in 1964, Futures Explored, Inc. is a private non-profit organization that provides community and employment training services to adults with developmental disabilities. Our tax exemption status is 501(c)(3).
